Self-doubt, shyness, self-consciousness, feeling like you don't fit.
If only you could put these all-too-common laments behind you, you wouldn't have to feel invisible or forced to conform to a lifestyle that's not authentic.

I've lived with all those fears so I know that kind of life. But over time, I healed, &
uncovered strength & courage I didn't know I had. Now, I want to help others learn to trust themselves 
so they can have a more fulfilling & uninhibited life.

  I began my transformation 30 years ago. 


Through self-study & a variety of practices, I changed from a nervous, uncommunicative

people pleaser to a confident person who knows & accepts her whole self.

​Near the beginning of my personal journey, a change in my career path led to my participating in a

legal project assisting abused & neglected children.

Those two experiences taught me that not having the support we need early in life can affect anyone, regardless of their situation. 

I understand how vital it is to be guided & supported while we're engaged in healing & personal growth.

That's why I offer resources to help you create healthy boundaries & discover the freedom of 

self-expression.
